B.Tech

1. Merit Based Scholarship
   1. Scholarship will be offered to students securing an aggregate of 80% marks in class X & XII & 80% marks in PCM for B.Tech (All Streams) in CBSE/ ICSE / State Examination Board. Such scholarships will be limited to 10% of seats in each B.Tech Program. Scholarships will be allotted for the first Semester in Merit order to eligible candidates.
   2. Scholarships will be awarded based on merit only.
   3. Continuation of Scholarship in the subsequent years will be as per the University policy Scholarship Amount

1. Scholarship for Uttarakhand State Board Toppers:
   1. Merit order allotment of 1 seat per program.
   2. The seats reserved under this category will be within the 15% reservation for Uttarakhand resident students.
   3. Should have “Sthai Niwas Praman Patra” (Permanent Residence Certificate)
   4. Students will be entitled only for 1 scholarship at a time (either through Uttarakhand Board Toppers or through Uttarakhand Resident category)
   5. Scholarship in subsequent years will be as per merit scholarship policy of the University

1. Merit-Based scholarship:

Eligibility criteria

LLB

Eligibility criteria

MBA

Eligibility & Scholarship criteria

• Minimum 80 percentile score in CAT/XAT
• Minimum 90 percentile score in MAT, NMAT, UPESMET & any other National Level Entrance Test.
• 10% seats in each program for 25% tuition fee waiver in 1st semester

Fellowship for M.Tech Students

1. GATE SCHOLARSHIP: *

Scholarship @ Rs. 12,400/- per month for Students having 70 percentile and above in GATE. 

1. RESEARCH GRANT: **

All Students will also be eligible to avail a grant up to a sum of Rs. 50,000/- towards outcome-based research as per rules & regulations framed for the purpose by the University.

*GATE Scholarship

Students admitted to M. Tech program in the academic session 2020-21 with valid GATE score 70 percentile and above will be considered for scholarship @ Rs. 12,400/- per month during their period of registration with the University.

To become eligible for the continuance scholarship in subsequent semesters, the students are required to have 

1. earned minimum SGPA / CGPA of 8.0 in each semester
2. passed every semester examination in the first attempt besides maintaining regular attendance, discipline, exemplary behavior and compliance with all other norms as prescribed by the University from time to time
