Bareilly International University (BIU) is a private university located in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh. The university was established in 2016 under the Uttar Pradesh Government Act No. 26 and operates under the provisions of the UGC Act 1956.

The university is promoted by the Rohilkhand Charitable Educational Trust and integrates well-known institutions such as Rohilkhand Medical College and Hospital and the Institute of Dental Sciences.
