Central Tribal University of Andhra Pradesh (CTUAP) is a public central university established by the Government of India to promote higher education among tribal communities. The university was created under the Central Universities (Amendment) Act, 2019 and is located in Vizianagaram, Andhra Pradesh.

CTUAP offers undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programmes in sciences, management, humanities and social sciences, with admissions primarily through CUET. The university is currently in its developmental phase with expanding infrastructure and academic programs.
