Cluster University of Jammu (CLUJ) is a public state university established in 2016 by the Government of Jammu & Kashmir under the Cluster Universities Act.

The university was formed by clustering leading government colleges of Jammu city (including GGM Science College, SPMR College of Commerce and others) to improve higher education quality.

CLUJ offers undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programmes in sciences, commerce, management, computer applications, humanities and education.
